Refund Policy

1. Eligibility

  • Only duplicate payments (due to gateway errors) qualify for refunds.

2. Process

  • Email refund requests to janitvaivf123@gmail.com with:
    • Transaction proof.
    • Bank details (account number, IFSC, name).
  • Refunds processed within 10–14 working days post-verification.

3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

  • Missed/cancelled appointments by the patient.
